The Ultralight MDF moulding is primed with our exclusive Gesso coating to give you a superior prime coat that makes the final paint application a breeze. Being 33% lighter than other MDF mouldings we are able to maximize the amount of product you receive on each truckload. The Ultralight MDF is dimensionally stable, resists cupping, twisting and warping. It nails without “volcanos” or dimples.
The same can be said for our Finger-Jointed Radiata Pine mouldings that can also be primed with our Gesso coating. With this superior coating any natural defect such as dark color or deviated grain do not show through. There is no telegraphing of the finger joints. All of this adds up to paint and labor savings on the job site and will make you want to use these products on all your future jobs.
