Our Industrial grade MDF comes in a range from 1/8” to 2” thick and in a wide array of sizes.
Moulding and Embossing Grade (MEG) is a premium grade MDF with increased physical properties and a uniform density profile.It is engineered to meet the most detailed profiling and finishing demands for your moulding and embossing needs.
UL certified Class 1 Fire Retardant (FR) MDF is engineered for flame retardant applications in commercial and institutional cabinets, paneling, casework, and moulding trim when required by fire safety codes and architectural specifications. It retains certification after cutting and is available in a wide range of sizes.
An interior grade Moisture Resistant (MR) MDF is intended for applications with high humidity and incidental moisture like kitchen, bath, and laboratory cabinets.
Light MDF is becoming increasingly popular because of the cost savings it brings to our customers. More panels fit on incoming shipments, more finished goods fit on shipments to your customers.The Light board offers excellent machinability and improved tool wear versus a standard density board. For those of you who are really looking to take weight out of your product SEEMAC offers an Ultralight grade of MDF for your consideration.
