Elliot Savage

Elliott Savage

PRESIDENT & CEO

As SEEMAC’s president and CEO since 2005, Elliott Savage is involved in all areas of the business, providing leadership, strategy, and direction for our entire team. He works with inside and outside salespeople and support staff to facilitate territory and account management and build better relationships and communication with customers, suppliers and key business partners. On a day-to-day basis, Elliott leverages his 45 years of industry experience to analyze and manage the people, finances, credit, and inventory of SEEMAC’s business. Elliott also serves on the Board of the Composite Panel Association and SEEMAC’s Board of Directors as chairman of the board.

Eddie Canter

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Eddie Canter has over 40 years of experience in this industry, most of those with SEEMAC. Eddie manages his own set of customer accounts throughout the US and maintains relationships with all SEEMAC’s suppliers. In addition, Eddie manages SEEMAC’s regional office in Greensboro, NC and oversees other SEEMAC salesmen. Eddie serves as an officer at SEEMAC and is a member of SEEMAC’s Board of Directors.

Dan Nickander

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT 

With over 35 years of industry experience, Dan Nickander currently serves as SEEMAC’s Executive Vice President. Dan was formerly president of Nickander Associates, which merged with SEEMAC in 2006. His areas of responsibility today include managing key supplier and customer relationships, other salesmen, his own set of accounts as well as serving as an officer at SEEMAC and on SEEMAC’s Board of Directors.

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND OPERATIONS
How we communicate SEEMAC’s value proposition to suppliers and customers is critical to our success. Lisa Heisterkamp, works with our inside and field sales teams to improve processes and procedures, and to proactively present industry and company information. As a customer, Lisa worked with SEEMAC for years and understands our role and value in the supply chain. Lisa has over 20 years of supply chain experience in the furniture business with HNI Corporation and Flexsteel Industries. With a unique perspective, Lisa’s goal is to improve our business model and portray an accurate perception of SEEMAC’s value to both sides of the supply chain.

Wes Gentry

TERRITORY SALES MANAGER

Wes Gentry came to SEEMAC in 2006 with the merger of Nickander Associates and SEEMAC. In total, Wes has over 35 years of experience in the industry. Wes has established and maintained long-running customer sales programs with both large and small companies. Currently, Wes focuses on delivering a wide variety of wood products to his customer base.

Phil is one of SEEMAC’s valued salesmen, with nearly 30 years of experience in the wood products industry. Phil came to SEEMAC with the merger of Nickander Associates and SEEMAC in 2006. Phil manages customers in a wide variety of industries throughout the midwest.

Brian Reese

TERRITORY SALES MANAGER

Brian Reese joined SEEMAC in September 2012 as an outside salesman covering North Carolina, Virginia, and Eastern Tennessee as well as assigned accounts outside of this geography. Prior to joining SEEMAC, Brian worked for a furniture components manufacturer and supplier as an outside sales representative primarily handling accounts in the southeastern US. Brian works out of SEEMAC’s Greensboro, NC regional office.

TERRITORY SALES MANAGER

Tony McMillan joined SEEMAC in March 2014 as an outside salesman covering the southeast United States. Prior to joining SEEMAC, Tony worked for a major building products distributor as an outside sales representative for 7 years handling accounts in Florida and Alabama. Tony is supported by the SEEMAC inside sales team at our Greensboro, NC regional office.

TERRITORY SALES MANAGER
Greg Weese joined SEEMAC as an outside salesman covering the southern United States in the spring of 2022. Before joining SEEMAC, Greg worked as an inside and outside salesman for Dixie Plywood. He is supported by the SEEMAC inside sales team at our Greensboro, NC regional office.

Yi Chang

CONTROLLER

Yi Chang joined SEEMAC in 2019 as Controller. She came to us from the public accounting firm, BKD LLP. As Controller, Yi’s responsibilities encompass oversight of all financial activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, supervision of the Accounting and IT Departments, and administration of 401k and profit-sharing plans. In addition, Yi serves as a member of SEEMAC’s Profit-Sharing Plan Committee. A licensed CPA, Yi also has a master’s degree in Accounting.

Carol Flatford

RISK MANAGER

Carol Flatford joined SEEMAC in 2022 as our Risk Manager. She came to us from Trouw Nutrition, where she was Credit Manager. She has also held various responsibilities in accounting throughout her 30+ year career. Carol’s responsibilities as Risk Manager include overseeing customer accounts and SEEMAC inventory locations, as well as preparing financial & sales analysis, and assisting with all aspects of budget preparation.
